Whole30 day18: November 2013

Whoa. Almost to 20. And 20 is pretty far to me. This is how my brain works.
My foods are better than ever
But
I am feeling a little "fluffy".
It feels like bloat so I'm thinking ill stay back from boiled eggs and maybe even almond butter and coconut butter and excessive fruits for a few days.
I question all those as culprits.
Once again, though, it could just be a "cycle" thing.
I am woman hear me roar?
So this morning I had one egg(fried) some leftover guac, thin steak, banana and strawberries and onions stir fry style in coconut oil.

I'm on my second (smaller) cup of coffee with a mug of water in between and going to work out around noon.
I'm super excited about not missing a beat with my workouts because I didn't eat all the usual thanksgiving food guilts yesterday. This may be something I stick to. Not regularly eating this stuff is pretty nice.
But I gotta say it will be nice to make(and eat) 7 layer bars (paleo style) for Christmas this year.
There are some things I may just not eat again. Not on purpose anyways.
Dairy? i don't miss it.
Workout went decent. Left starving and had a cocnut cream Lara bar. (Maybe ill cut out everything else before I cut out coconut ;)
Had a later lunch:
Leftover turkey with random veggies from the fridge. Cooked up some sweet potatoes. And missing my deviled eggs.
Dinner was late because we ventured into shopping world. The last thing I felt like was leftovers. So I split a Lara bar with one of the girls around dinner then on the way home picked up some chipotle.
Later i Had a few too many raisins so I gave the rest to the girls and won't buy more for a while.
Coconut butter may be getting a time out as well.
Keep having crazy dreams about different things. Mostly eating off plan.

Just another story.

I have been told telling my story will help.. people. I don't see how that is the case but I figure there is some reason I have dealt with the things that I have. So I'll start out simple.

Anxiety.

Crippling. Suffocating. Like a straight jacket warn under water.

Sounds so dramatic. So exaggerated. But it's so real. There's a quote that describes it perfectly "You don't need water to feel like you're drowning, do you?" no. I don't.

I've always had anxiety. for as long as I remember. After I had my youngest child it got significantly worse. It was no longer a panic attack that I would get over once I figured out or was proven everything would be okay. It was tightness in my chest all night and I didn't know why. It was someone is going to get sick and I know that will kill us all. It was sleeping in his room every night for months. It was waking up every few hours to check his breathing. It was my daughter has a sore tooth it's all goi…
